Okay, finally picked a pub in the Lincoln Square neighborhood in which to have a drink; the semi-German Heuttenbar, not because it has a popcorn machine (never could find a bar with that, believe it or not), but because I can get German-style (i.e. Purity Law) draft beer here, not to mention the place is full of intellectual hotties.
Only 45 more minutes until Guy's party! I'll probably be going by judt one more place, in fact, Long Room at Irving Park Road and Ashland (where I know the owners), before finally heading to Guy's place for the actual party. Bis später!
